Lynnwood Library Gallery to feature work by Richelle Gribble

The Lynnwood Arts Commission presents contemporary collage artist Richelle Gribble at the Lynnwood Library Gallery.

 

Selected works in exhibition include playful collages, books, and encaustics that promote wonder, curiosity, and discovery. Inspired by John Cocteau’s belief that “art is science in the flesh,” are highlighted at the Lynnwood Library Gallery through Aug. 20. This series combines natural, technological, social and material content to depict whimsical moments. Gribble’s work has been presented in numerous exhibitions including three solo shows at the Helen Lindhurst Gallery in Los Angeles, the International Print Center New York Gallery, and at Christie’s in the Rockefeller Center salesroom. A top 10finalist out of 30,000 participants in the competition, Art Takes Times Square, her artwork was displayed on a LED screen in Times Square.
